The entire copyright in the pictures is retained by F&M MEDIA at all times throughout the world.
We require the full payment, irrespective of the package to secure your session/photographer in their diary within 48 hours of invoicing you - if you need more time, let us know its not a problem. Purchasing a package, therefore, means you agree to all T&C's. This is your responsibility to find & read. T&C's are accessible 24/7 via the photographer gallery booking pages.
Pre-shoot: Your session is held by us until 7PM the day before your shoot - it is then released and F&M MEDIA photographers are free to fill this session time with other activities/clients. You may, however, get in touch to reschedule your session should you still wish to receive it at some point. It is the artist' responsibility to be on time with payments. Failure to pay the full payment for a Headshot session or any other retrospective package such as self-tape sessions or monologues - to secure your session - by 7PM (END OF DAILY SHIFT) LATEST the day before you shoot - will result in automatic cancellation and your slot will re-open. There need not be any official dialogue about this via email/phone call between client/photographer regarding this - failure to pay a deposit will be an automatic rejection of allocated slot time and release your photographers time in their diary.
(ii) PHOTOGRAPHER POSTPONE POLICY: Should either photographer need to postpone the session and reschedule a client - we would endeavour to give at least 12 hours notice from the start time of your shoot. Anything less than this will be out of our control but will offer surplus edits as repentance. Reasons for a shoot being postponed may include - but are not limited to - personal auditions or recalls, medical, electrical faults or personal bad news. Our no refund policy covers us for a shoot that is postponed within this time frame and allows us to reschedule a client at their request whilst still retaining the full fee. F&M MEDIA are not liable for any pre-paid/non-refundable travel arrangements made by a client for a postponed shoot date and always encourages clients to make sure they insure their train tickets or get ones which allow a change of date to be made.
(iii) Starting in 2024, Showreel scenes will also be non-refundable. A client cannot reject a package based on a writers script or decide they no longer want to proceed with the package, therefore requesting a refund. Other options will be offered to the client - however once money is sent, it cannot be returned to the payee.
(b) F&M MEDIA supplies the technical and artistic ability to illustrate an idea photographically and sells the right to reproduce those pictures in
a given context. F&M also hold an artistic licence on final edits - including but not limited to: the colour of the image, filters, crop and manipulation of subject within.* No property or copyright in any pictures shall pass to the Client
whether on its submission or on F&M MEDIA’s grant of
reproduction rights in respect thereof.
(c) F&M MEDIA asserts both moral right to be identified as the
author of their work and the right to a credit is asserted in accordance with sections 77 and 78 of Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

(a) Reproduction rights are not issued exclusively to the Client except when
specified on the invoice.
(b) Reproduction rights granted are personal to the Client and may not be assigned,
nor may any picture submitted to the Client be loaned or transferred to third parties serve for the purpose of the exercise by the Client of such reproduction rights
(c) Any reproduction rights granted are by way of licence and no partial or other
assignment assignment of copyright shall be implied.
(d) F&M MEDIA hold your raw, unedited & edited images for a maximum of 6 months from the date of your session. If you have failed to choose your images within this time frame, we are unable to provide you with the images again. These are not backed up after the 6 month period and in order to gain any images from us, a new session must take place.
(e) F&M MEDIA reserves the right to refuse to supply or grant a reproduction licence to a third party when requested to do so by the Client.

The following terms are used when describing the reproduction rights granted by Ryan R. Gerrard & Hâle Denholm @ F&M MEDIA to the Client:
(a) Headshot usage: self-promotional use by actor/model (or agent, on their
behalf) in capacity as an actor model including web, print, Spotlight, Mandy and
other casting directories, agent mail outs and front of house by employers. Extends
to personal social media profiles like Linkedin/Twitter/Facebook etc… if they
support the acting/modelling career. Does not include paid-for advertising, i.e.
endorsements. All use subject to accreditation.
(b) Please note: any editorial placement must be cleared with F&M MEDIA e.g. If a newspaper or magazine wishes to use an image, they must be
directed to F&M MEDIA to arrange a license and fee for usage.
No addition to, deletion from or alteration to or adaptation of a picture may be
made without the written permission of F&M MEDIA Unless a rejection fee has been agreed in advance, there is no right to reject on the basis of style, composition or editing.
Should a client be unsatisfied with the final product - it's the discretion of F&M MEDIA to offer a free secondary shoot in replace of a refund. Deals, discounted sessions, group bookings or schools are exempt and must book/repay for a secondary shoot.
This Agreement shall be subject to and constructed according to Scottish Law
and the parties agree to accept the exclusive direction of the Courts of Scotland.
(bii) *No re-edit policy: unless an agreed working fee is confirmed. Standard fee is £15 per image.
(biii) No variation of terms and conditions set out herein shall be effective unless
agreed in writing by both parties.
F&M MEDIA: unauthorised reproduction is strictly prohibited.
